The Gardens of Villa Taranto, are a botanic treasury among the most important in the world. They were given as a gift to the Italian State by its founder Neil Mc Eacharn a Scottish captain.

Gardens of the Zoological and Botanic Park of Villa Pallavicino: it is an antique Villa of Stresa of the 19th century, surrounded by a park thathas besides plants from all over the world, a zoo, wanted by the Marchioness Pallavicino.

Giardino Alpinia-Alpino di Stresa

Botanic Garden of Alpinia: can be found on top of the valley over Stresa, it is a natural balcony that extends for about 40.000 square metres. The garden offers an incredible view of Lake Maggiore, over the Borromean Islands and the surrounding Alps. The peculiarity of the Alpinia garden is the over 500 different species that came from the alpine and sub-alpain plain of the Alps.
